Our team of Donor Relationship Specialists’ conversational skills, personality traits, planned giving knowledge and experience make them the best in the business.
All Donor Relationship Specialists:
Fit the personality profile for individuals likely to be successful at engaging donors and supporters in meaningful phone conversations about their philanthropy goals and your organization.
Have completed an extensive 60-hour training program that is individually tailored to ensure they have the comprehensive knowledge and skills required to be effective phone consultants
Great Callers = Successful Campaigns!
At Legacy Leaders, we believe in supporting great employees. As a result, we have very little turnover in our call center. In fact, some of our Donor Relationship Specialists have been engaging the donors/supporters of our clients in conversations about planned or current/annual giving for as many as 10 years. The average age of our Donor Relationship Specialists is 56 – and they have a broad range of life experience which matches the vast number of donors/supporters with whom they converse.
Our Featured Donor Relationship Specialist:
In January 2008, we opened our Toronto center and Dorothy joined our team, bringing 5 years prior charitable calling experience in both annual/current giving and planned giving. Since then, she has consistently demonstrated her uncanny ability to engage donors/supporters. During calls, her quiet charm and grace come through, disarming donors/supporters and drawing them willingly into detailed conversations about their philanthropic goals and support for our nonprofit client(s).
She is intelligent, thoughtful, detail oriented and has a generous nature, donating both her time and considerable knitting/crocheting talents, to support organizations like Safe Kids Canada, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Programs and many school programs. And Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without Dorothy’s handmade ornaments! Is it any wonder why Dorothy is our featured DRS!
